Mrs. Jessica Criss

      Founder, Owner & Director

Jessica Criss is A wife and mom of 7 Amazing children.  With over 14 years of dedicated experience in childcare, family advocacy, and early childhood development, my life’s work has been centered around protecting, nurturing, and uplifting children.

My educational journey began at Texas Wesleyan University, where I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology. Driven by a deep passion for helping families thrive, I spent years gathering diverse, hands-on experience across the entire spectrum of child welfare. My background includes working within several high-quality child care centers, serving in Early Childhood Intervention (ECI), and interning with Child Protective Services (CPS). Additionally, I spent nine impactful years as a Case Manager at a domestic violence shelter, providing crisis intervention, safety, and specialized support to mothers and their children.

In 2019, I poured all of my experience, heart, and vision into launching Cross Pointe Child Care. My goal was to create a brand-new standard for early education—one that blends excellence and luxury childcare services with a deeply rooted, loving family atmosphere.
